We began showing and breeding due to our love and admiration for this wonderful breed.

We breed to preserve the Health, Type and Purrsonality of the Maine Coon.

All of our cats and kittens are part of the family and as such, are spoiled on a daily basis with love, attention and playtime.  They are raised underfoot and have free access to our home (which by the way, is actually their home).

The exception is our kittens, who are kept in a separated area until they receive their first vaccinations.  After which they join the rest of the Clan and continue their journey to socialization, grooming and most of all, lots of playtime.

All of our cats and kittens are childproof, with the help of our children:  Ryan & Jesse.  Who are hands on from the time they are born on a daily basis.

We allow our kittens to go to their new homes between 12-14 weeks of age.  They are released to their new homes with a written contract, health guarantee and a spay/neuter agreement. 

We do not allow them to be outdoors.  We also, do not allow them to be declawed.

We have Championship Lines.  We believe in breeding for quality and not quantity and thereby, limit the amount of litters we produce a year.

 

Hyperthropic Cardiomyopathy or HCM as it is referred to can happen to any cat at anytime.  Therefore, in an attempt to preserve the Health of the Maine Coon, we screen our breeding cats and we are dedicated in the effort to produce Healthy Maine Coons.

Screening is currently the recommended aid in reduction of this genetic disease in our cats.  Breeders cannot guarantee even with testing that their cats will not develop this condition.
